Our business is organized around the rigorous regulatory and administrative needs of our clients. So we don't just propose programs – we implement them in a consultative approach, from set-up through administration.
We have made a commitment to each of our clients to provide stellar service for the life of the programs we administer. MCAS is funded by a portion of the revenue on the creation and placement of BOLI programs. MCAS funds the administration of the program for the life of the policy. However, there is no requirement that the administration be handled by MCAS.
Because we view administration and reporting as integral parts of our programs, we do not charge administration fees. This policy greatly simplifies your bookkeeping and planning. As part of our commitment to you, your plan will have the continuity of top-quality administrative support, without disruptive transitions.

Long-term commitment
We’ve made a significant investment in the development of a proprietary BOLI administration system named Meyer Chatfield BOLI Audit Management. This system maintains information regarding the many aspects of a BOLI program. We are committed to continuing the enhancement of this system and plan to allow clients website access to their BOLI reports at the end of 2007.
MCAS has completed the SAS 70 Type I audit, and we anticipate the Type II audit to be completed at the end of 2007.
