Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Bennett Meyer leads the Meyer-Chatfield team, using the insights and strategies he learned through years of experience in the areas of securities products, corporate benefits, corporate uses of life insurance and bank owned life insurance. Bennett is an expert at evaluating situations and devising solutions to meet the needs of client companies, particularly those in the banking industry.

Bennett has been an active member of the advisory boards of two major insurance companies. He works closely with these and other companies to design new insurance products. The up-to-the-second market knowledge gained in this process helps him negotiate customized contracts for Meyer-Chatfield's clients.

Before the inception of Meyer-Chatfield, Bennett built a successful financial planning practice that offered corporate benefit funding/financing and estate planning expertise to more than 300 loyal corporate and affluent individual clients.

Bill Chatfield oversees the technical aspects of the relationships between Meyer-Chatfield and each of its clients. He is widely recognized as an expert in corporate financing of employee benefits and corporate benefits planning.

A former Estate Planning and Compensation Specialist at Arthur Andersen, he was also a member of an elite task force that conducted specialized ERISA tax research.

Upon entering the life insurance field, Bill was a principal with Barclay Associates specializing in estate planning and benefits consulting to some of the country’s largest and most successful closely held companies. Barclay was a leader in the strategic use of 401 (k) by corporations. Upon Barclay's acquisition by a Fortune 500 company, Bill pioneered the use of specially designed life insurance to assist closely held ESOP companies in the funding of their repurchase liabilities.

Robert Lemoi
Cheif Operating Officer
Bob Lemoi brings a wealth of banking experience to the Meyer-Chatfield team. He currently directs the sales and marketing functions, working with the rest of the management team to deliver quality products and solutions to our clients.

He developed his banking skills while working with several notable institutions, including Bank of America, Manufacturers Hanover, the CIT Group and Advanta, where he worked with Meyer-Chatfield to complete the largest BOLI-type transaction ever funded. During his banking career, Bob directed the marketing and operations of several business lines, including consumer finance operations, commercial financing, leasing and mortgage operations.
